All corals are hand selected and carefully maintained.
When in doubt about the quality, the coral is immediately removed from the shop.
When packing, each coral is checked again for quality and health.
Arrival guarantee: Ilona`s Reef guarantees that you always get the coral you ordered in the picture.
If it happens that a coral does not have the quality that we maintain when packing, we will contact you for a suitable solution that will certainly not deter you.
In addition, we provide a guarantee of arrival.
This means that we guarantee that you will receive the ordered coral in a healthy condition. If that is not the case, we will come up with a suitable solution. What if it is not the right coral or the coral is not in the right condition?
1: Take a clear photo of the dead or wrong coral and email the photo on the same day of receipt to email@example.com and state the ordernumber you ordered.
2: Never dispose of a coral without permission from Ilona`s Reef, this will void the warranty.
3: Never return coral without permission from Ilona`s Reef , this will void the warranty.
4: Without proof of the dead or wrong coral, Ilona`s Reef cannot provide credit.
5: Ilona`s Reef will contact you within 10 working days for approval of warranty results.
6: If you have approval of the warranty, we will contact you for a suitable solution or you will receive the credit on your account. Shipping costs are not reimbursed!
Why only arrival guarantee? We cannot guarantee the survival of coral in your aquarium. Light, currents and water quality have a severe influence on the color and quality of the coral, so that a coral can quickly change color or die.
